Helpful Tips
A Norfolk native, Winter has lived in Hampton Roads since childhood. She has a BA in Public Adminstration and is in the final stages of earning a Master’s in Urban Affairs from Norfolk State University. Winter is the firm’s Executive Assistant and “Director of First Impressions”. Her husband, Khalid, is in the Navy, and the couple is expecting a second daughter in December 2009. She continues to live as her parents taught her: God first, family, then career.
Not only does Winter welcome each client with a smile, but she is the genie behind the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing work. Her careful attention to detail, her keen organizational skills, and her genuine caring about our clients have been a wonderful blessing to our firm.
In the fall of 2008 she added outsourced bookkeeping duties to her other professional skills, and did so well that she earned the firm’s “#1 Bean Counter” award for the 4th Quarter.
