Helpful Tips
A native of Fall River, MA, Lorri came to Hampton Roads over a decade ago from Rhode Island, where she had married her husband Bill. Lorri has an Associates degree in Business Management and more than 20 years experience in collection management. Her family is the joy of her life; she has four children, ages five to 30. Her hobbies include reading, gardening and making new friends.
Lorri works from her home office as our Collections Manager. She contacts clients to remind them about unpaid fees for the firm’s services, and to request payment on accounts that have fallen in arrears. She has full authority to set up payment plans or, as a last resort, to initiate the Warrant-In-Debt process.
We’ve been so pleased with Lorri’s professional skills that we have recommended her services to our business clients to help them with their accounts receivable as well.
