At NLP CPAs, we're always interested in talking to potential team members.

Two plus two definitely has to equal four at an accounting or business consulting firm. But we do far more than 'bean counting' and recording historical figures for our clients. We focus on helping our clients with the growth and development of their business in addition to the traditional number-crunching skills. Each member of our team must be committed to providing proactive service to our select group of clients, and must share our philosophy of always seeking to exceed client expectations.

If you’re a self-motivated individual interested in a genuine team environment, regular client interaction, quarterly “rewards”, and constant learning and career challenges, and if you have strong technical competencies you’d like to use to help others, then take the next step in your career development by sending us your resume!

Specifically, we’re looking for people who are:
• Willing and eager to learn new skills and work methods.
• Ready to accept responsibility for the work assigned to them.
• Enthusiastic and committed to giving a 100% effort to proper completion of their work.
• Quick to notice needs and get down to work without waiting to be told to take action.
• Capable of professionally appropriate written & oral communication. 
• Confident enough to learn from both positive and negative feedback.
• Computer literate (particularly experienced with QuickBooks, Excel & Word).
• Knowledgeable (a minimum of two years college education in accounting).
• Experienced (a minimum of one year work in accounting and/or U.S. tax).
